- To introduce income generating activities / programme that will teach, as well as improve the skills of the youth, widows, teenagers and the under privileged such as tailoring, knitting, gardening, farming, introduce animal rearing programme to demonstration, teach and equip the needy.
- To introduce micro-finance programme to cultivate a good saving culture as well as financial management.
- To reduce unemployment by providing skills development and employment opportunities to out of school youth and widows.
- To provide youth with a one-stop shop for vocational career development opportunities and increase the skills pool in key growth sectors of the economy.
- To create permanent change by working alongside villages, helping them to identify and solve their own problems.
- To educate communities to find long term solutions to poverty.
- To inspire and guide youths and teenagers to identify and develop their talents and career choices.
- To help the youth address their sexuality issues through workshops and peer counseling.
